What’s one word you would use to describe your approach to work, and why?
Complete. We all have a job to do, and I feel it’s our responsibility to get the work done to completion.

How do you stay inspired and continue learning in your field?
There’s always something to learn — new laws, new techniques, new products. And in order to serve our clients at the highest level, it’s my duty to do the homework.
