What’s one word you would use to describe your approach to work, and why?
Care. Looking out for the best interest of the client. I pretend each person I’m talking to is my parent.

What motivated you to work in this industry, and what do you enjoy most about your role?
I started as an appointment setter in 2009 and learned the industry from making calls. I enjoy helping put money into the next generation’s pocket.

If you weren’t in this industry, what career would you have pursued?
If I didn’t do Insurance, I would be in healthcare because that was my major in college. I’m big on service.
