Adaptive. This is an ever-changing industry and things are always improving. With improvement comes constant change, which you have to be ready for at a moment’s notice.

What motivated you to work in this industry, and what do you enjoy most about your role?
I am motivated by the opportunity to provide guidance and clarity in a field that can be complicated. I enjoy helping people make informed decisions that can positively impact their lives.

How do you stay inspired and continue learning in your field?
A customer-focused approach, understanding the evolving needs of clients and how they are impacted by the real-world changes that can affect them both negatively and positively. This provides constant motivation and inspiration to adapt and improve.
